Kat loves building out classes to help students grow at their own pace. Teaching private yoga allows Kat to spend time getting to know your body and your specific needs - with lot’s of hands-on-assists. Whether a private yoga session or a group event, Kat will curate more than just a yoga class, but a yoga experience.

I have been a student of yoga for 15 year and teaching for 10. I am C-RYT 500, have over 1000 hours of training, have taught over 4500 hours, and have led several 200hr teacher trainings. I am trained in hatha, Vinyasa, restorative, beginner, meditation and Nidra.

Private Yoga - Group Events

I can provide not just a yoga class- but a yoga experience. I will work with the event planner to curate an experience for the group, including: well thought-out sequencing, theme specific messaging and hands-on assists, all set to a energetic or dreamy playlist- you decide!
